Braunschweiger Glacé - Full Recipe
Ingredients
1 envelope (1 tablespoon) unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 10 1/2-ounce can condensed consummé

1/2 pound (1 cup) braunschweiger
3 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water and consummé.
Heat to boiling, stirring to dissolve gelatin.
Pour into 2 1/2-cup mold; chill till firm.
Blend braunschweiger, mayonnaise/salad dressing, vinegar, and onion.
Spoon out center of firm consummé, leaving 1/2-inch shell.
Fill with meat mixture.
Heat spooned-out consummé till melted; pour over meat.
Chill till firm.
Unmold and serve.
